Our Approach

When I first began searching for healthy ways to manage my own anxiety, I discovered that massage therapy offered more than physical relief—it created space for deep mental relaxation and lasting balance. I have always known that helping others was my purpose, and massage therapy became a natural expression of that calling.
Now, five years into my practice as a Massage Therapist, I continue to be deeply grateful for the opportunity to support my clients through thoughtful, intentional care. I remain committed to creating a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment where healing can occur on both physical and emotional levels. Through ongoing continuing education and experience, my work has grown more intuitive, informed, and responsive... allowing me to meet each body with presence, skill, and respect.
Outside of work, I'm a mom, and that role has shaped the way I show up for others. It has deepened my patience, awareness, and understanding that everyone carries their own stress and needs. Those values naturally carry into my sessions and guide the care and space I provide.

The Many Stories That Walk Through the Door
A March Reflection from the Massage Table
One of the things I’ve come to appreciate most about being a massage therapist is the variety of people I get to care for.
On any given day, my treatment room might hold someone celebrating an exciting new chapter in life… and the very next session might be someone carrying the weight of a difficult one.
I work with people recovering from injuries.
Moms who are currently pregnant and adjusting to the changes happening in their bodies.
New mothers recovering and finding their rhythm with a new baby.
Clients navigating physical or emotional stress.
And elderly clients whose bodies are slowly asking for more care and comfort.
Every person who walks through the door brings their own story.
Some arrive excited and hopeful.
Some arrive exhausted from the stress of work and life.
Some come in carrying pain that has built up over years.
Others simply need an hour to breathe and reset.
Massage therapy often becomes a form of comfort care in many of these moments.
Helping a pregnant mother find relief as her body changes.
Helping a new mom relax after long nights with a newborn.
Helping someone release tension they’ve been carrying for weeks or months.
Helping someone whose body is aging feel a little more comfortable moving through their day.
Being trusted with that kind of care is something I take seriously.
What many people don’t always realize is that massage therapists sometimes get to witness many seasons of a client’s life. When people come regularly, we see the small changes over time — how their body responds to stress, how injuries heal, and how life’s challenges show up physically.
Occasionally, we may also learn that a client we once cared for has passed away.
When that happens, it brings a quiet moment of reflection. Not because the relationship is the same as family or close friends, but because there was trust involved. Clients allow therapists into a vulnerable space where care, professionalism, and respect matter deeply.
It serves as a reminder that every appointment represents a real person with a life, family, and story beyond the treatment room.
As massage therapists, we maintain strong ethical boundaries and confidentiality, but we still recognize the privilege of being trusted with someone’s care.
Every session matters.
Every moment spent helping someone feel better in their body matters.
And it’s an honor to provide that care for the many different people who walk through the door.

My Planned Courses
Ethics
My ethics CE course is designed to support massage therapists in practicing with clarity, integrity, and confidence. It covers professional boundaries, informed consent, scope of practice, client communication, and ethical decision-making in real-world scenarios. The course emphasizes practical application, self-awareness, and professionalism, helping therapists navigate complex situations while protecting both themselves and their clients.
Prenatal
My prenatal CE course focuses on helping massage therapists feel confident and competent working with pregnant clients. It covers trimester-specific considerations, safe positioning and bolstering, contraindications, and practical techniques for common prenatal discomforts, along with clear communication. The goal is to provide grounded, immediately usable skills that support both client safety and therapist confidence.
